Find Your Perfect Mudgar Weight

 

Female Beginner

Start with 3kg Mudgar.
Easy to handle and perfect for learning the basics. Stick with it for a few months, focus on form, and build confidence before exploring heavier options.

Female practitioner

Add another 3kg Mudgar for both hands.
Upgrade to a 5kg Mudgar.

Double up with another 3kg to improve balance & coordination, or move to 5kg for added strength and a new challenge.

 

Male Beginner

Start with 5kg Mudgar

A solid weight to master the basics while building strength. Practice regularly for a few months to get comfortable with swings & technique.

Male practitioner

Add another 5kg Mudgar for both hands.
Upgrade to a 7kg Mudgar.
Transition to Gada practice.
Add a second 5kg Mudgar to boost coordination, or step up to 7kg for more intensity. For real growth, consider transitioning to Gada practice for advanced training.
