Ancient warriors and wrestlers used it to build strength, strong arms, shoulders, and grip. Today, many fitness enthusiasts, even me, use Mudgar for a natural and effective workout.

Why Use a Mudgar?

  1. Improves strength: Great for arms, shoulders, and grip strength.

  2. Improves Mobility: Helps with flexibility and coordination.

  3. Traditional & Effective: Used in Indian wrestling and martial arts for centuries.

Common Mudgar Exercises

  1. Swings – Helps to Strengthen shoulders and arms.
